Register and login with the different transports

To use the different spectrum transports you have to register with them. The following tutorial shows you how to register with the different Services using PSI Instant Messenger.

You should already have an Jabber-Account at the server you want to register with the transports.

Step one:
Login with your Jabber-Account.

Step two:
Klick in "General" and "Service Discovery"

Then make a right-click on the transport you want to register with and select "register"

The following window appears and now you have to enter your transport-data for the different transports:

ICQ:

Username: Your ICQ UIN (like "270040246")
Password: Your ICQ password
Language: English
Encoding: CP1252

MSN:

Username: Your MSN Adress (like "")
Password: Your MSN Password
Language: English
Encoding: UTF-8

Yahoo:

Username: Your Yahoo ID (like "mrniceguy")
Password: Your Yahoo Password
Language: English
Encoding: UTF-8 (europe) ISO-8859-1 (US)

AIM:

Username: Your AIM-ID (like "ilikeaol")
Password: Your AIM-ID Password
Language: English
Encoding: UTF-8

Myspace:

Username: Your myspace-ID (like "")
Password: Your Myspace Password
Language: English
Encoding: UTF-8
